The following terms used in this document are defined as follows:

• "Platform" refers to the tk177 website (https://tk177.lat) and all services operating under it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who holds a registered account on tk177 or browses the platform.
• "Account" refers to the user's registered profile through which they can make transactions and play games on the platform.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be suspended or closed. Bonuses or winnings obtained through multiple accounts will be voided.

2.3 Registration Requirements

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Currently approved payment methods on tk177: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (applies to all methods).
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in the user's own name.
• Funds sent from a third-party account will be returned and the transaction will be considered void.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process.
• Identity verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal request is approved.
• Users are requested to keep the deposit method and withdrawal method the same where possible.
• tk177 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if the wagering requirement on an active bonus has not been met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on tk177 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive the bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be cashed out directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• tk177 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account in question may be subject to investigation.
• Each bonus offer is subject to its own detailed terms.

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All casino games and sports betting on tk177 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) in accordance with agreements with software providers.

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If the result of any bet is affected by a technical error, tk177 reserves the right to void or re-settle that bet.
• tk177 is not responsible for issues caused by the user's internet disconnection.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting markets are available on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. In the event of any dispute regarding the result of a specific event, the decision of the relevant sporting authority will be considered final. If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to tk177's policy.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and subject to penalties:

• Fraud, hacking, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or any other dishonest conduct.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional benefits.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Stealing or misusing another user's account information.
• Operating an account on behalf of or as a representative of someone under 21 years of age.

If any of the above activities are detected, tk177 reserves the right to close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary, without prior notice.

All content on the tk177 platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other elements — is subject to the intellectual property rights of tk177 or the relevant licensee.

• No content from the platform may be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of tk177.
• Game software and related technology are entirely under the intellectual property rights of the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, etc.).

tk177 makes every effort to provide safe and uninterrupted service. However, tk177 is not liable in the following cases:

• Failure of the user's internet connection, device, or third-party services.
• Temporary service interruption due to unexpected technical errors or server outages.
• Financial loss caused by the user's own mistakes.
• Service changes or disruptions due to third-party authorities or changes in law.

tk177 follows a policy of maximum limited liability for direct or indirect, general or special damages, and liability will be determined within the limits permitted by applicable law.

tk177 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If the user fails to cooperate with the identity verification process.

10.2 Closure at the User's Request

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn before the request is finalized (subject to conditions being met).
